1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PokerRecon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. PokerRecon is operated by Off World Machines, LLC.

2. Description of Service

PokerRecon is a poker room waitlist management platform. It allows players to join waitlists, receive notifications about seat availability, and view live game information at participating poker rooms. The service is provided free of charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PokerRecon. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate waitlist positions
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

6. Waitlist and Seating

PokerRecon facilitates waitlist management but does not guarantee seat availability or wait times. Seating decisions are made by poker room staff at their discretion. Your position on a waitlist does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of a seat.

7. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving time-sensitive alerts about your waitlist status, seat calls, and related service updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The PokerRecon name, logo, and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Off World Machines, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PokerRecon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any decisions made by poker room staff regarding waitlist management or seating.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off World Machines, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of a seat, missed notifications, or inaccurate waitlist information.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, poker room partners, or the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
